Pilot terms
- To start
- No deposit, no contract. Save a card — $0 is charged today.
- Pilot
- Your first 3 exclusive leads are delivered free — $0, no charge during the pilot.
- Exclusivity
- One firm per state (basis: crash state). No additional firms are placed in a state while your pilot is active.
- After the pilot

When a lead is billable
You're charged $1,500 only when the lead is successfully delivered to your CRM (a logged HTTP 2xx response). Failed deliveries are never billed — we retry, then fall back to emailing you the brief. Disputes: file by email to research@safeny.com within 48 hours; approved disputes are fully refunded.
How a lead reaches your firm
- 1.A victim submits an intake via SafeNY, verified against the FMCSA carrier registry.
- 2.We attach the carrier dossier — USDOT, crash-volume percentile, insurance posture, and 5-year crash record.
- 3.The lead — caller contact details plus the carrier dossier — is delivered to your CRM as a flat record (Lead Docket / Law Ruler / Zapier), with a forensic PDF and a SAFER verification link.
- 4.Stripe charges the flat per-lead fee to your card on file only after delivery is confirmed.
