The DMV and the Governor's Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC) comply with:
- Section 104 of the NYS Public Officers Law that requires agencies, when they have the ability to do so, to post notice of the time and place of public meetings on this web site, and
- Executive Order # 3 issued April 11, 2007 and standards of the NYS Office for Technology that require open meetings of state agencies to be webcast. Webcast meetings must be made available on-line live and recorded to be accessed on-line for at least 30 days after the date of the meeting. The webcast must then be archived, with copies available upon request.
