Announcing vacancy on the NYS Child Passenger Safety Advisory Board for Regional Coordinators in the following Region:

Region 3

Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca, Yates, & Schuyler

The roles and responsibilities of a Regional Coordinator are to help improve communication, provide assistance and program direction, address regional problems and issues, and assure that our Child Passenger Safety Standards of Performance are upheld.

• Positions have a three-year term with the term beginning on January 1, 2009.
• This is a voluntary position. There is no compensation and members are responsible for their own travel expenses. (Limited funds are available for lodging upon requestt and travel expenses may be reimbursed on your agency's child passenger safety grant.)
• You must be able to attend 4 meetings a year.  (Meetings are held in Albany)
• Must serve on at least one committee.
