This award was first presented at the last Child Passenger Safety Conference to Debbie Lotito, New York State's first Child Passenger Safety Coordinator and originator of the CPS Program in NYS. The award, named in Debbie's honor, was presented to Rosemarie Ennis at this years conference.
This award is presented in recognition of Rosemarie's years of hard work, dedication and contributions to New York State's Child Passenger Safety Program. Clearly, because of her passion, New York State's children ride on our highways is much safer and more secure.
Rosemarie Ennis is the second person to receive this honored award.
